My Shaklee 180 Turnaround - February 7, 2013

Been working some late hours at work and have not been walking. Have also been eating late dinners. I believe that's the cause of my weight gain lately.

I did manage to walk on the treadmill tonight. Got off work at the normal time and ate dinner at the usual time. Walked for 50 minutes and burned 550 calories.

Been having smoothee's for breakfast and 180 snack bars for breaks but definitely need to do my walking to maintain my weight.

My original goal was 185. I found that I feel better at 180 to 182. Starting to feel sluggish at 185.
