Walked on the treadmill tonight for an hour and burned a total of 660 calories. For me to maintain or lose weight, this is probably what I need to do everyday.
Had a cafe latte smoothee for breakfast. For morning break, I had a chocolate snack bar. For lunch I had a blueberry almond crunch meal-in-a-bar and two mini oranges. Had an apple for afternoon break. For dinner we had fish, green beans and spanish rice.
Would like to get to 180-181 by next Friday. I'll be out of town for a few days for work and it will disrupt my routine.
