Not a bad weight to come out of the holidays with.
Woke up with a sore ankle. Felt a little stress on my knee because of the way I was walking on it. Didn't walk because I didn't want to cause any injury to my knee. Hopefully this pain won't last long.
Had a cafe latte smoothie for breakfast, a lemon cranberry snack bar for break, 4 pieces of pizza for lunch, 2 mini oranges for afternoon break and leftover fried chicken, spanish rice and peas for dinner.
