My Shaklee 180 Turnaround - January 23rd 2013

Back from Las Vegas. Good to be home.

Came back at a decent weight for eating and drinking whatever I wanted. I did get a fair amount of exercise walking to and from the hotel and the Las Vegas Convention Center, plus working.

I started some of my days with a smoothee (If I didn't have time for the complimentary breakfast) and usually had a meal bar for lunch.

Today I had a cafe latte smoothee for breakfast. I had a butter peanut snack bar for morning break. For lunch I had a blueberry almond crunch meal-in-a-bar. For dinner we had beef stew.

Walked on the treadmill for the first time since last Thursday. Walked for 46 minutes and burned 506 calories.
