My Shaklee 180 Turnaround - January 24th 2013

Had a chocolate smoothee  for breakfast. For morning break I had a chocolate snack bar. For lunch I had leftover frozen pizza. Had an apple for afternoon break. For dinner we had leftover spaghetti and meatballs.

Walked on the treadmill for 46 minutes and burned 506 calories
