My Shaklee 180 Turnaround - January 16, 2013

Had to be the gravy.

Had a cafe latte smoothee for breakfast and a lemon-cranberry snack bar for morning break. Had leftover Aurelio's pizza for lunch along with an orange. For afternoon breakI had an apple and some pretzels. Had spaghetti and meatballs for dinner.

Definitely see an increase in my weight when my dinner is carb heavy.

Walked on the treadmill for an hour and burned 660 calories.
