My Shaklee 180 Turnaround - January 9, 2013

Walked for an hour for the third straight day. Burned 660 calories.

Had a chocolate smoothee for breakfast, a peanut butter crunch snack bar for morning break. Ihad 4 pieces of Aurelio's pizza for lunch and an apple for afternoon break. For dinner we had pot roast with carrots, mashed potato's and dinner rolls.

Hopefully I can keep the downward trend in my weight.
