My Shaklee 180 Turnaround - January 6th, 2013

No Milk!

Didn't have any milk for my smoothee for breakfast. Could of had a Meal-in-a-Bar for breakfast but I gave in and had a slice of pumpkin pie. I then had a lemon cranberry snack bar for lunch. For dinner we went to Aurelio's and had a large pepperoni pizza which we ate about two thirds of.

Walked for the first time in about 3 days. Walked on the treadmill for 46 minutes and burned 506 calories. Ankle feels just fine. It's become evident to me that I need to exercise to maintain the weight I want to stay at.

I read recently that the optimum to help keep a healthy heart is to walk for 30 minutes 4 time a week. Who does not have 30 minutes a day to go for a walk?
