My Shaklee 180 Turnaround - January 11, 2013

May have found the right combination of diet and exercise.

Walked on the treadmill tonight for an hour and burned 660 calories in the process.

Started my day with a chocolate smoothee for breakfast. Had a peanut butter crunch snack bar for morning break. For lunch I had leftover fish and spanish rice. Had an apple for afternoon break. For dinner I was on my own. I had leftover pepper steak with rice and broccoli.
