My Shaklee 180 Turnaround - January 8, 2013

Too much beef and carbs yesterday. Sure was good though.

Had a cafe latte smoothee for breakfast, a chocolate snack bar for morning break, a peanut butter chocolate chip meal-in-a-bar and 2 small oranges for lunch, an apple for afternoon break, and breakfast for dinner. We had bacon, eggs, and pancakes.

Walked on the treadmill tonight. Walked for 61 minutes and burned 677 calories.
