My Shaklee 180 Turnaround - January 15, 2013

Chocolate smoothee for breakfast. Peanut butter crunch snack bar for morning break. A sloppy joe and an orange for lunch. For dinner we had cube steak, broccoli, and milk gravy and bread. Will probably gain weight from this. It was oh so good!

Walked on the treadmill for an hour and burned off 660 calories.
