My Shaklee 180 Turnaround - January 14, 2013

Walked on Saturday and went to a birthday party that evening. Did good with almost no gain in weight on Sunday. Sunday I didn't walk and had a pepperoni pizza at Aurelio's.

Started the day with a cafe latte smoothee for breakfast. For morning break I had a chocolate snack bar. I had 4 pieces of leftover pizza for lunch. Had an apple for afternoon break. For dinner we had sloppy joes, fries and peas.

Walked on the treadmill for an hour and burned 660 calories. If Sunday proved anything, it's that I need to walk to maintain my weight.
