My Shaklee 180 Turnaround - January 7, 2013

Had a vanilla smoothee this morning with pumpkin spice and cinnamon for breakfast. Had a peanut butter crunch snack bar for morning break. For lunch I had half of my wife's beef sandwich leftover from Pepino's. I had pretzels and green energy tea for afternoon break. For dinner we had pepper steak with rice and steamed cauliflower.

Walked on the treadmill tonight for an hour. Burned 660 calories.
