My Shaklee 180 Turnaround -January 17, 2013

More carbs again.

Had a chocolate smoothee for breakfast. Had vanilla sugar wafers for morning break, leftover cube steak and an orange for lunch, and an apple for afternoon break. For dinner we had spaghetti and meatballs again.

Walked on the treadmill for 46 minutes and burned 506 calories.
