177.4 this morning. I'd be happy with that Wednesday morning at weigh in.
Cafe latte shake for breakfast, peanut butter crunch snack bar for break, vanilla shake for lunch, and fresh pineapple cubes for afternoon break. Two bowls of chili for dinner.
Walked the stairs at work. Seven times up and down 5 flights of stairs. After dinner walked on the treadmill for 91 minutes and burned 1000 calories. We'll see how that translates into weight loss in the morning.
