So far seem to be holding at about the same weight. I'm having my shake in the morning and eating as I was before I started the diet. I've burned 500 calories the last 2 nights after dinner.
Today was no different. Started off with a vanilla shake for breakfast and wafer cookies for break. Since there were no leftovers, I had a peanut butter chocolate chip meal in a bar, an apple and grape juice for lunch. I then had 2 mini oranges for afternoon break. We had fish and chips, peas and green beans for dinner.
Did the usual 46 minutes on the treadmill and burned 506 calories.
