My Shaklee Cinch Diet - December 5th

181.8

Weighed 181.6 this morning after weighing 183.2 last night.

Started my morning with a vanilla cafe latte shake and a chocolate shake for lunch. Had a lemon cranberry snack bar for morning break and an apple for afternoon break. Also had 2 pieces of pepperoni pizza for lunch. Had 3 taco meat burritos for dinner.

For workouts today I walked up and down 5 flights of stairs 7 times at lunch. Had to work off those 2 pieces of pizza. I then walked for 58 minutes and burned 700 calories.

Seven days to weigh in.
