Don't know how I woke up at that weight and not having worked out for the second day in a row. That's the weight I'd like to start opening day of softball with. That's 4 months away.
I did walk today. Walked on the treadmill for 46 minutes and burned 506 calories. I need to walk tomorrow because I know I won't be walking Christmas Eve or Christmas. Maybe I'll brave the weather and do my walking outside tomorrow.
Started my day with a mix of cafe latte and chocolate shake. Lunch was a bowl and a half of Quaker Oat Squares. Dinner was a pepperoni pizza at Aurelio's.
So far, maintaining my weight seems easy, but here comes the holidays.
