179.8 this morning after 181.8 last night. Always weigh lighter in the morning. This is good since the weigh in has to be done in the morning before noon.
Had a chocolate shake for breakfast, chocolate snack bar for morning break, a vanilla shake for lunch, three mini oranges for afternoon break and 3 taco meat burritos for dinner.
The workout today consisted of 7 trips up and down 5 flights of stairs at lunch time, taking a total of 28 minutes. Walked on the treadmill after dinner for 63 minutes and burned 700 calories.
