Seemed easy to get back to the weight I want to be at. Exercise is the key, as it is with any weight management program.
I didn't walk today. We took down Santa's house today. I worked the roof panels and was all over that thing like a circus monkey. It gave my legs a workout so I felt I did not need a workout.
Started my day at 4:00 this morning with a vanilla shake. Morning break I had a chocolate snack bar and a blueberry almond meal bar for lunch. For dinner we had leftover chilli.
Should be easier to maintain my weight through the New Year holiday.
