Started my day with a chocolate shake for breakfast, had my wafer cookies and a chocolate doughnut for morning break, leftover pizza for lunch, an apple for afternoon break and beef stew for dinner.
Walked on the treadmill for 46 minutes and burned 505 calories.
Still trying to determine how much time to spend walking to maintain my weight. May stick to 500 calories to see what the results are.
