My Shaklee Cinch Diet - December 27th

That's more like it, almost where I want to be.

Had a chocolate shake for breakfast, a peanut butter crunch snack bar for break and a chocolate chip peanut butter meal bar for lunch. For dinner we had chicken fingers and steak fries and peas.

Walked on the treadmill for 46 minutes and burned 505 calories.

Once again it feels like I can lose weight at will with the shakes, meal bars and the 3-in-1 boost          ( increases metabolism).
