Staying the course so far, but it is the holidays.
Didn't exercise but was busy helping the wife get ready for the next 2 days of festivities. Probably not quite the workout but activity none the less.
Had a chocolate shake for breakfast and 2 bowls of my favorite cereal, Quaker Oat Squares. For dinner we had Chinese from Liang's. Shrimp fried rice and egg rolls. I must say I pigged out on the egg rolls and ate 5 off them. Only because the wife couldn't eat her second one and they're not good leftover and reheated. Also had about a half dozen homemade chocolate chip cookies during the evening and a glass of wine before bed.
