Not surprising, didn't feel well yesterday. Felt much better today, well enough to walk on the treadmill for 64 minutes and burn 703 calories for a distance of 3 miles.
Had a cafe latte shake this morning for breakfast. Had my usual vanilla wafer cookies for morning break, leftover Aurelio's pizza for lunch, and 2 mini oranges for afternoon break. For dinner we had beef stew with rice on the side.
In trying to maintain my new weight, I need to determine what and how much I can eat to achieve that. Also need to find out how much I need to exercise.
