My Shaklee Cinch Diet - December 15th

The holidays may have started early. To maintain my weight I still will have to kind of watch what I eat. I also think I will have to burn at least 700 calories on my walks.

Started the day with a cafe latte shake for breakfast, had a bowl of Quaker Oat Squares for lunch and had chicken fried in the turkey fryer for dinner. Also had homemade french fries, green beans and rolls.

Walked on the treadmill for 64 minutes and burned 704 calories.
