My Shaklee Cinch Diet - December 26th

Whoa!

The Christmas festivities slapped me around a little.

Started my morning with a cafe latte shake. At work for break had a lemon cranberry crunch bar. For lunch I had a blueberry almond meal in a bar. For dinner we had leftover chilli, lasagna, and spaghetti.

Walked on the treadmill for 64 minutes and burned 705 calories.

Not maintaining anymore, I'm back in full diet mode to get back to the low 180's.
