Made good progress today, shooting for 178 by Dec. 12th.
Started the day with a vanilla shake. At work I had a peanut butter crunch snack bar for break, a blueberry almond crunch meal bar for lunch and an apple for afternoon break. For dinner I had a beef pot pie.
Besides the physical workout at work, I walked 52 minutes on the treadmill and burned 605 calories.
