My Shaklee Cinch Diet - December 7th

This morning I weighed 180.0

Gotta be careful tomorrow at Aurelio's for the grandson's birthday. Weigh in for the contest is Wednesday and I've worked to hard to mess up now.

Had a cafe latte shake for breakfast, a peanut butter crunch snack bar for morning break, a vanilla shake for lunch, then had a beef sandwich, fries and peas for dinner.

for my workout today, I walked 5 flights of stairs 7 times. I intend to do this Monday and Tuesday next week before the weigh in. I then walked on the treadmill after dinner for 64 minutes and burned 703 calories.
